Biranjasipha
It is known to have a bronchodialatory effect by relaxing the muscles of airways and thus helping improve the amount of airflow to and from the lungs.
Peppermint Satva
Helps thin sputum and facilitate easy expectoration by stimulating mucous secreting cells, augments the soluble mucus content, and lowers the specific gravity of bronchial secretions.
Sunthi
Its constituents attenuate airway hyper responsiveness and relax airway smooth muscles, thereby, helping to open the lung's airways and facilitate breathing.
Yashti
Root and its active constituents are known to lessen cough and bronchial catarrh through its demulcent, anti-inflammatory, and expectorant properties.

Koflet-EX is not known to have any side effects if taken according to the prescribed dosage.
Special Precautions
- Stop the use and ask your physician if cough lasts for more than 7 days.
- Continuous use for more than 4 weeks is not advisable.
- If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use.
Directions for Use
Please consult your physician to prescribe the dosage that best suits the condition.
Adults and Children above 12 years of age: 1 to 2 teaspoonsful (5-10 ml) three to four times daily.
Children (3-12 years of age): ½ to 1 teaspoonful (2.5-5 ml) three to four times daily.
